Stanardsville, Va. (July 2026) — Renaissance Assisted Living and The Harbor Memory Care at Renaissance are pleased to welcome Nola Ralls as Director of Sales and Marketing. Ralls brings genuine enthusiasm for serving seniors and is committed to helping residents find a comfortable and supportive place to call home.

Born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, Ralls earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Virginia. As a recent graduate, she is excited to begin her career in senior living while continuing her education in healthcare administration. Having spent much of her life around the Renaissance and Harbor communities, Ralls has developed a deep passion for supporting residents and their families, helping guide them through the transition to senior living with compassion and care.

“I am excited for the opportunity to serve our residents at Renaissance and The Harbor. Our communities are a true gem in the Stanardsville area. Nestled in the center of town off Main Street, our quaint communities have so many amazing things to offer seniors,” says Nola Ralls. “My hope is to bring awareness to the unparalleled care and service that we provide our residents.”

“We are thrilled to have Nola as a part of our team,” says Sandy Siler, Executive Director of The Harbor. “Her enthusiasm for serving others, appreciation for our local community, and genuine desire to build relationships make her a wonderful addition. We look forward to seeing the positive impact she will have on our community.”

When not working or doing schoolwork, Ralls loves to cook from scratch and enjoys beading. She also loves to spend time with her golden retriever, Dolly.
